We all need people that can give us that no bullshit perspective and advice and that won’t allow us to cut corners when things get uncomfortable.
I, personally, greatly value the accountability and structure that coaching and mentorship have brought to every area of my life.
I hired coaches for my Olympic career, I sought out mentorship at work, I have spiritual coaches and mentors and you better believe that I have also hired coaches for my business, speaking and writing. No-one can and no-one should do life alone!
I come to you as an Intuitive Transformation Coach and Teammate - a relationship built upon trust and a shared commitment to a higher purpose. I am not, however, your guru or therapist. If you are looking for me to provide you with all of the answers, then this is not for you.
Our sessions will require your willingness to do the work, be vulnerable, open-minded, and courageous. We will get deeply personal and at times even uncomfortable but that is where the magic happens.

- Discovery Session – this is where we uncover your challenges, your goals and start a manifesto for your life
- Weekly 60 min Zoom coaching sessions – this is where we get real! We will have honest check-ins; deep conversations and I will hold you accountable to working toward the life you want
- Homework & Exercises – I use my intuitive guidance to assign homework and exercises that are tailored to you and your journey... the benefit of working with an Intuitive Coach is that you are also working with your spirit team
- Unlimited Email Assistance. My promise to you: I will get back to you within 24 hours!
- Two Reiki Healing Sessions (optional, if you are open to receiving it!)
